They did an incredible job, were super communicative, and the recipient loved it! I live out of state, and there was a hiccup with the order. Mike called me directly, explained everything, and ensured the flowers would be delivered promptly and offered an upgrade free of charge. The best customer service and they now have a returning customer!

Gene’s strikes again! Every time I order from Gene’s in Rockville it makes me look like the best husband ever! My wife tells me that literally every single person walking by her desk comments on how beautiful the arrangement is and how they can be smelled across the room! Amazing as usual. I will never order flowers from anywhere else.
